I worked on the CommBank account for nearly five years, navigating three major rebrands and producing work across every touchpoint of the brand. My role spanned press, large-scale out-of-home rollouts, street furniture, social, HTML5 display, and everything in between—often at scale and always at speed.

One of the key campaign highlights was “Better For You”, launched by M&C Saatchi in response to the Royal Commission. The campaign marked CommBank’s commitment to becoming a simpler, better bank. Over 46 weeks, we delivered weekly press and social proof points that clearly communicated the changes being made, supported by extensive OOH and street furniture placements. It was a high-pressure, fast-moving campaign—frequently exceeding 100 dispatches a week—where priorities could shift at any moment.

Another standout was “The Next Chapter,” an initiative designed to support survivors of financial abuse. Working alongside leading experts and organisations, the program funded research, scholarships, and training within financial and family counselling, helping equip Australia to break the cycle of abuse. I worked across a suite of digital and print assets to bring visibility and clarity to this important initiative.
